Fonts And Script

Font

Some people said it looked like something out of a music magazine, however on a black background, which is what it will be on, it would look good.

Some people said this looked more sci-fi rather than horror. With the A not being a complete A it looked more alien like than horror.

the barbed wire made it feel like it had a danger element in the film. However against a black ground the barbed wire effect won’t be as effective.

 Final choices

9 people said that they preferred this font over the rest.  Had a more graphic, violent effect.

5 people said that this was their favourite out of them all.

In the end we didn't use any of these fonts as when we put them into our opening they didn't look as good as we thought they were going too, also we had a dark background and wanted to change the font to white but we were unable to find out a way to do this, so we decided to change the font.

Script
As our main character is walking through the graveyard we have no dialogue just non diegetic, off screen sounds (music that hasn’t been yet published) and then as our character enters the chapel we hear her sing the nursery rhyme ‘ring a ring a roses’ in a really low voice and high pitch so it’s quite creepy. There is no dialogue throughout our opening sequence, just our character singing.
(Josie walks through graveyard): Backing music
(Josie goes into chapel): “Ring a Ring a Roses, A pocket full of Poses, A tissue, A tissue...)
Credits: WE ALL FALL DOWN
